Brandan Leadbeater - Nutrition Coach

Chase Flahr has been a certified personal trainer since 2014, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in high-performance training. He is the founder and owner of ProElite Athletics, a private training facility and athletic brand known for producing elite-level results. What started as a local gym has grown into a recognized name in the fitness world, with ProElite gear being purchased across North America and in parts of Europe.

Specializing in athlete development, Chase  has worked with top-level talent from the CFL and MLS, designing programs that focus on strength, speed, power, and overall performance. His commitment to excellence and ability to elevate athletes to the next level have earned him a strong reputation in the industry.

He holds certifications in: Strength & Conditioning, Athletic development, Athletic performance, Athletic recovery, Muscle tone specialist, Weight management, Sports Nutrition, and Yoga.

 With a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, scientific knowledge, and real-world coaching experience, Chase brings an elite standard to his role as Head of Strength & Conditioning.

Andy Sparks - Mentor, Basketball Advisor

Brittany is an experienced procurement and contracting professional with 12 years experience in the Canadian federal public service. She has successfully led and managed complex, multi-million dollar contracts, ensuring efficiency and compliance for the Government of Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in International Business from Carleton University, providing her with a strong foundation of business strategy and financial management.

Brittany is also a former high performance ringette player. She was the captain of the U19 Team Canada ringette team who received a silver medal at the World Ringette Championships in 2013. She also played in the National Ringette League for 8 years with the Ottawa Ice, between 2012-2020. She has represented twice as a Team Ontario member at the Canadian Ringette Championships - being awarded the first line-all star award as a forward on one of those occasions. She has also medaled 4 times at the Ontario Winter Games, 2 times as a player and 2 times as a coach. Since 2021, she has been coaching in Ringette Ontario’s High Performance Program.

As a seasoned Marketing Strategist currently working with Habitat for Humanity Saskatchewan, Tessa specializes in building and amplifying brands within the non-profit sector. Her expertise spans digital marketing, brand development, and public relations, with a focus on crafting compelling, purpose-driven stories that engage diverse audiences. From designing impactful campaigns to managing digital presence and implementing creative strategies, Tessa is dedicated to driving awareness and impact through innovative, data-driven approaches.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina with a major in marketing, she also has certifications in economics and public relations. This academic foundation, combined with extensive hands-on experience, allows her to effectively navigate the unique challenges of non-profit marketing while continuously driving growth and fostering brand loyalty.

Passionate about creating positive social change through strategic communication, Tessa leverages storytelling, social media management, and audience engagement to bring her organization's mission to life. Her goal is to build meaningful connections, foster community, and elevate the causes she champions.
